• The big numbers: The average minister is 60 years old (though a majority are over 60) with over Rs 14 crore of assets (the total wealth of Parliamentarians is Rs 814 crore) and counts 2.1 terms in Parliament as experience. The average minister is also richer (by a crore) and older (by two years) than the previous one. There are six women ministers (including three cabinet), down from ten in 2014 (of which six were cabinet ministers). In terms of education, eight ministers haven't studied beyond class 12, of which one is just class 10 pass, while 48 are graduates and above.
