My Own Health Problems.
All of a sudden by Spinalchord (Lumbar region)
pain started and can't be tolerated by myself.
I was not able to lie in the cot in the upright position or in the either side wise position.
Second day the pain increased. Few more days
I adjusted to lie in the residence of my own.
