Yes, You Can

Have Health, Wealth and Happiness

He, who has health, has hope.  And he, who has hope, has everything.  Every human being is the author of his own health or diseases.  It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of  gold and silver.  Health is a state of complete physical, mental and emotional well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.  So if a person is not healthy, then he or she will find it very difficult to enjoy life.  A lot many people spoil their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.

Good health is the consequence of good energy levels.  Energy has three predominant levels a) Physical, b) Mental and c) Emotional.  Physical energy can be gained by eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly.  A balanced nutritious diet must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, mineral salts and fibre.  It must contain these things in the correct proportions.  Next in the chart comes deep-breathing and meditation are three very productive exercises for your well-being.

Mental energy comes from three significant sources: a) Thinking, b) Reasoning and c) Solving of problems.  You must develop honest and good thoughts.  A good thinker is an asset to the society.  Also learn to take complete control of your thoughts and mental processes.  To gain mental strength and vitality, cultivate the quality of reasoning well and with conviction.  As long as there is life there will be problems.  The art lies in your approach to problems.  Do not make that a hotchpotch of all the issues.  Solves problems one at a time.  Similarly make plans in such a way that you can execute them on a daily basis. Remember to prioritise your time and do the most important things first.

The third type is emotional energy coming from enthusiasm, motivation and resilience.  Emotional energy is the master of all energies.  Emotions can be a useful and powerful tool to handle different situations in life.  This energy depends on how much zeal, drive and toughness you have Enthusiasm comes from optimism.  Optimism in a magnet.  It attracts people and prosperity to you. Positive thoughts are powerful constructive thoughts.  They give energy to both mind and body.  If we have positive thoughts it is sure that we will succeed. ; They make us more joyful and happy.  Using them on all occasions will make us live a better life than ever and help us to build a better social, cultural and work relationship.  All is Well is not just a catch-phrase popularized by the movie 3 Idiots but a generator of positivism.  These three magical words will not heal our sores or soothe our sorrows, but the essence within them will provide us the courage to do so.  The next component, motivation, results from our passion and commitment.  Passion  is an attitude and can be developed.  Choose the career that is perfect for you, one that inspires you and leads you to perform better, work harder, live more happily.  Such a career will make you passionate about your work.  If  you are passionate, you will inevitably be committed to your task at hand.  Motivation is a  combination of will power, goals and ability to continue attaining the highest level of success.  Last but not least, you need to develop resilience.  Resilience  is the flexibility in response to changing situational demands, and the ability to bounce back from negative emotional experiences.  Resilient individuals experience positive emotions even in the midst of stressful events, which explains their ability to rebound successfully, despite adversity.

To wish to be well is a part of becoming well.  A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.  Health is the first muse, it gives us the required motivation and energy to work.  In health there is freedom.  Health is the first of all liberties.  It is the greatest possessions a person can accumulate..

Helping you to gain health, wealth and happiness.

                                                                                                     Yours sincerely,
